Royal Family RP Rules

Know the rules before entering the city

Royal Family RP is built around serious, story-driven roleplay. Every player is expected to create believable characters, respect other members of the community, and help produce enjoyable scenes for everyone involved.

01

Roleplay Standards

  • 1.1 Remain in character while actively participating in roleplay. Out-of-character communication should be kept to approved channels and used only when necessary.
  • 1.2 Metagaming is prohibited. Information learned through Discord, streams, direct messages, or any other out-of-character source cannot be used by your character.
  • 1.3 Powergaming is not allowed. Players must not force actions, outcomes, injuries, or unrealistic situations onto another player without giving them a reasonable opportunity to respond.
  • 1.4 Value your character’s life. Your character should react to threats, weapons, injuries, and dangerous situations in a believable manner.
  • 1.5 Unrealistic, low-effort, or intentionally disruptive roleplay may result in staff action.
02

Combat and Criminal Roleplay

  • 2.1 Random Deathmatching is prohibited. Players must have a valid roleplay reason and appropriate escalation before attacking another player.
  • 2.2 Vehicle Deathmatching is prohibited. Vehicles cannot be used as weapons without a valid and believable roleplay reason.
  • 2.3 Criminal scenes must include meaningful interaction and escalation. Starting violence without giving other players an opportunity to participate in the scene is not acceptable.
  • 2.4 The New Life Rule applies after your character dies. You may not immediately return to the scene, seek revenge, or use information your character should no longer remember.
  • 2.5 Do not interfere with an active roleplay scene unless your character has a legitimate in-character reason to be involved.
03

Community Conduct

  • 3.1 Hate speech, targeted harassment, discrimination, threats, or abusive behavior are not permitted in-game, on Discord, or anywhere within the Royal Family RP community.
  • 3.2 Treat players and staff members with respect. Disagreements should be handled calmly through the proper support or report process.
  • 3.3 Do not intentionally ruin scenes, bait other players, troll, spam, or create characters designed primarily to disrupt the server.
  • 3.4 Advertising other communities, servers, products, or services without authorization is prohibited.
04

Exploits and Fair Play

  • 4.1 Cheating, unauthorized modifications, injected menus, aim assistance, wallhacks, or any software that provides an unfair advantage will result in permanent removal.
  • 4.2 Bugs, duplication methods, script exploits, or unintended game mechanics must be reported to staff and may not be used for personal gain.
  • 4.3 Combat logging, disconnecting to avoid consequences, or using game mechanics to escape an active roleplay situation is prohibited.
  • 4.4 Players are responsible for the activity performed through their accounts. Account sharing may result in restrictions or removal from the community.
05

Staff and Rule Enforcement

  • 5.1 Staff instructions must be followed during administrative situations. Concerns about a staff decision should be submitted through the proper appeal or support process.
  • 5.2 Do not pause or disrupt an active scene to argue about rules. Complete the scene when possible and submit a report afterward.
  • 5.3 Evidence may be required when submitting player reports or ban appeals. Edited, misleading, or falsified evidence may result in additional disciplinary action.
  • 5.4 Staff may take action against behavior not explicitly listed when that behavior is clearly harmful to roleplay, server stability, or the Royal Family RP community.
